Client Relationship Manager

Spatial Decisions is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm specializing in urban development, climate resilience, clean energy, and geospatial solutions as its key services areas. Our Hanoi office services Vietnam and surrounding ASEAN countries and cooridnates with our other regional offices in India and North America, working with government sector, private sector, and donor agencies (bilateral and multilateral funding organizations).

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager based in Tây Hồ, Hanoi. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and addressing client needs, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions, managing project expectations, and contributing to overall business development efforts. Regular communication and coordination with clients to ensure timely project delivery is also part of the role. Participating and supporting senior management with effective communication and followup on relationships/ events is of critical importance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years exerience working in Vietnam with Bilateral/ Multilateral agencies (ADB, World Bank, GIZ, AFD expereince desireable), Government (National or Provicial Agencies), or Consulting organizations/ NGO's
• Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Account Management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Vietnamese-English translation and communitcation to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively
• Business Development, Strategy Planning, and Negotiation experience desireable
• Organizational skills, time management, and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools
• Willingness to work on-site in Tây Hồ, Hanoi
• Experience in urban planning, environmental consulting, or information solutions is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
