ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Enrich business growth
- Achieve target of the retained client groups
- Update knowledge about market, clients and competitors
- Analyze client groups and participate in building strategies to exploit market potential, especially the premier and strategic partners
- Proactively create and maintain relationships with the clients
- Continuously monitor and have timely solutions to ensure the business performance set by the company for the clients
2. Deliver consultancy to client & internal teams to ensure service quality
- Explore needs of the premier and strategic partners to advise them to apply YouNet Media's solutions
- Build the imagery of YouNet Media about expertise & leadership through discussions in solution consulting meetings or market analysis presentations
- Represent clients to manage research projects with YouNet Media
- Internally support in compliance and improvement of service quality (people, processes, reports,...) through feedback to the team based on research & marcom knowledge
- Propose ideas in developing new products through understanding the needs of customers and competitors
3. Manage operation excellence
- Support to upgrade working process
- Monitor to detect and propose timely solutions to ensure the department's operating quality
- Manage P&L of the assigned client groups
REQUIREMENTS
Education: BA of economics, business administration, marketing
Knowledge: Understand thoroughly the fundamentals & correlation of brand strategy, communication strategy & social media platforms, research
Skill:
- Strong leadership (for client & internal)
- Logical thinking and critical thinking
- Be able to communicate and explain things simply, logically
- Superior communication skills for internal communication and client-facing situations
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken
- Be able to cooperate smoothly with internal teams - Be able to handle pressure
Experience:
- Experience in marketing, communication, market research or consulting in 5 years at least
- Experienced in leading projects and coordinating cross-functional teams under high requirements
- Having prior experience in leading a team is a plus
- Maturity to deal with complex situations and briefs
- Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/ or projects
