As we scale our monetization efforts, we are looking for a Client Partner, Brand & Media (Senior) to drive revenue through high-impact brand partnerships and paid collaborations.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a senior individual contributor, quota-carrying role focused on revenue generation through brand and media partnerships. You will own relationships with brands and agencies, pitch commercial partnership solutions, and close deals that deliver both revenue and value to our community.
You will report and work closely with the Partnerships Manager, translating partnership strategy into commercial results.
WHAT YOU DO
Revenue Ownership & Deal Execution
- Own and deliver against a clear revenue quota from brand and media partnerships.
- Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close paid partnerships with brands and media agencies.
- Convert brand objectives into revenue-generating partnership solutions.
Client Partnership Development
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brand and agency partners.
- Build long-term relationships that lead to renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Ensure high-quality execution of campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
Commercial Activation
- Sell and deliver paid partnership formats such as:
- Sponsored content & storytelling
- Media placements & in-app exposure
- Co-marketing campaigns & community activations
- Balance commercial goals with brand authenticity and community trust.
Pipeline & Forecasting Discipline
- Maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline in CRM.
- Provide reliable revenue forecasts and performance updates.
- Track deal outcomes, renewals, and growth opportunities.
Market & Client Insights
- Act as the voice of the client internally.
- Share insights on market trends, pricing feedback, and competitive landscape.
- Support refinement of partnership packages and go-to-market approaches
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Experience
- 58 years of experience in brand partnerships, media sales, social media/mobile apps/digital and mobile marketing, platform advertising, or sponsorship roles
- Proven track record in quota-carrying, revenue-driven positions.
- Strong network within brands and/or media agencies.
Commercial & Client Skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate value propositions to senior marketing stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of digital media, branded content, and sponsorship models.
Ways of Working
- Highly self-driven and comfortable in fast-moving startup environments.
- Detail-oriented with strong pipeline management discipline.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
