Our BU is the dedicated B2B arm of company, powering thousands of corporate clients across Southeast Asia. We provide corporate teams with unified solutions to manage business travel, corporate food ordering, package deliveries, and corporate gifting. We eliminate manual expense reporting, streamline corporate compliance, and help companies drive engagement with their employees, clients, and partners.
2. GET TO KNOW THE ROLE:
- Within BU, corporate vouchers and gift cards are treated not just as items, but as Promo as a Product (Gifts). This suite of solutions allows enterprises, financial institutions, and certified reseller channels to use company's digital promos as a scalable API infrastructure for one-time marketing campaigns, consumer rewards, and employee benefits.
- As the Client Operations Specialist for Promo as a Product, you will be the operational backbone for Gifts. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate promo codes, safeguard balance sheet liquidity (deposits and credit lines), and drastically reduce manual overhead by migrating clients to automated interfaces. You will also serve as the critical Level-2 support engine for our highest-yielding corporate clients and API aggregators.
3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promo Product Operations & Balance Management
- Voucher & Code Lifecycle Management: Oversee the bulk creation, inventory control, distribution tracking, and expiry parameters of Gifts vouchers within the BU ecosystem.
- Liquidity & Deposit Auditing: Meticulously track and reconcile the corporate Deposit Model and Postpaid Model accounts. Take full ownership of identifying, logging, and resolving sitting balances or unutilized funds to prevent financial tracking leaks and ensure timely revenue recognition.
- Onboarding & Credit Alignment: Coordinate with local sales and regional finance teams to conduct Know Your Business (KYB) verifications and credit line configurations mirroring standard BU business parameters.
- Partner Support & Account Care (Level-2 Escalations)
- B2B Technical Support: Serve as the local point of contact for Gifts Certified Partners (Voucher Resellers) and enterprise clients, managing SLA-driven resolutions for technical API glitches or redemption errors.
- Data Provisioning: Extract, validate, and issue detailed Promo Redemption Reports (tracking deep-links, vertical usage, and conversion velocities) when requested by key corporate accounts.
- Ecosystem Governance: Deliver training sessions to the front-line support staff of our certified reseller partners to safeguard company's customer experience standards.
- Automation & Efficiency Upgrades
- Kill Manual Overhead: Review high-touch manual workflows (such as manual code spreadsheet tracking) and aggressively drive clients/resellers toward adopting the BU Self-Serve Portal or direct API connectivity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Function as the Vietnam operational anchor connecting local Sales squads with Regional Gifts Product/Engineering, Customer Experience (CE), and BU Finance teams.
4. REQUIREMENT
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in B2B Client Support, Fintech Operations, SaaS Account Management, or Corporate Gift/Loyalty Program operations.
- Analytical Capability: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, data analysis, complex formulas) is mandatory. Familiarity with SQL or data visualization suites (like Tableau) to tackle deposit-tracking gaps is highly valued.
- Language Fluency: Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken) to seamlessly coordinate with regional tech and product hubs.
- Process-Driven Mindset: Someone who is naturally allergic to manual work and looks for structural ways to automate repeatable operations.
- Client-Facing Composure: Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of maintaining rigorous compliance when discussing budgets with tier-1 enterprise entities (e.g., Banking & FI clients)
5. SALARY AND BENEFITS
- Salary: up to 29,400,000 gross/month
- Service Voucher: 300,000 /month
