Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with clients who haveadvertising and branding needs.

• Maintain and nurture long-term partnerships with existing clients, ensuring excellentservice and campaign performance.

• Negotiate contracts, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal departments todeliver effective advertising solutions.

• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback to propose strategic businesssolutions.

• Prepare business reports and participate in developing market expansion plans.Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or relatedfields.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales B2B, business development, ormedia/advertising.

• Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue achievement.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Strong business mindset, creativity, and the ability to work independently underpressure.

• Existing client network in the advertising, media, or digital industry is a strong plus.
