POSITION OVERVIEW
The Client Director iRetail Media is a senior commercial leader responsible for driving national revenue growth, expanding market adoption, and leading strategic partnerships for Chicilon's media solutions. The role oversees nationwide sales operations, builds and scales high-performing sales teams, and positions Chicilon as a strategic media partner for FMCG brands, retailers, and media agencies in Vietnam.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead national business growth by defining and executing mid- and long-term commercial strategies aligned with Chicilon's overall objectives.
Develop go-to-market strategies targeting FMCG brands, retail partners, and media agencies, leveraging Chicilon's media ecosystem including Retail Media and other DOOH solutions.
Oversee nationwide sales operations including revenue planning, forecasting, target setting, pipeline management, and margin control.
Build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams specializing in FMCG, Retail Media, DOOH, and shopper marketing solutions.
Establish consultative, solution-based selling standards that translate shopper insights and audience data into effective media solutions for clients.
Personally manage and strengthen relationships with key FMCG clients, strategic retailers, and major media agencies at senior decision-maker level.
Lead negotiations for national contracts, annual frameworks, and long-term strategic media partnerships.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Data teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Provide regular performance reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to the General Director and senior leadership team.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of senior commercial leadership experience, preferably within Retail Media, FMCG, Trade Marketing, DOOH, or digital advertising, Media Agency
Proven track record in leading large national sales teams and scaling B2B revenue-driven organizations.
Strong experience working with FMCG brands, shopper marketing teams, and media or retail agency ecosystems.
Deep understanding of shopper behavior, in-store decision-making, and the FMCG path-to-purchase within retail environments.
Solid knowledge of media metrics and value models, including CPM, frequency, touchpoint effectiveness, and campaign impact measurement.
Demonstrated ability to sell data-driven, outcome-based media solutions rather than traditional spot inventory.
Excellent leadership, executive communication, and high-level negotiation skills.
Bilingual proficiency in English Vietnamese.
