Clearance Internship

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Intake: Immediate

Duration: 6 months

What You'll Do

• Support daily operations within the Customs Clearance team, ensuring smooth and timely processing of operational activities
• Assist with shipment and customs-related documentation processing, verification, and administrative coordination
• Support tracking and governance to ensure operational accuracy and compliance
• Maintain and update operational data trackers, reports, and shipment records
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-ups
• Assist the team in monitoring operational workflows and identifying areas for process improvement
• Review existing work processes and identify opportunities to enhance compliance and performance
• Support ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as assigned by the team

Who We're Looking For

We welcome students pursuing a Bachelor's degree, or those who have recently graduated from Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, Statistics, or a related field, who are:

• Available to join us in immediately
• Curious and eager to learn
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese
• Able to commit for at least 6 months
