Claims Executive (Non-Life Insurance)

Responsible for handling compensation claims in the field of PROPERTY INSURANCE:

1. Conduct field surveys when necessary.

2. Handling compensation documents, including loss investigation, negotiation & compensation settlement.

3. Check the compensation scope of the insurance policy related to the settlement file before notifying the customer.

4. Evaluate the reasonableness of the compensation amount and make necessary claim adjustments.

5. Review unresolved compensation cases and prepare monthly reports.

6. Compensation statistics for management purposes.

7. Monitor and manage compensation claims.

QUALIFICATIONS

- At least 2 years of experience in conducting claims/ loss control/ site engineering.

- Experience in Non-life insurance is highly preferable.

- Good at English. Proficient in MS Office (Excel essential).

- Team-working, Reporting, Analytical & Logical thinking, Problem-solving skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS

- Working location: Ha Noi Head Office, Room 601, 6th Floor, Sun Red River Building, No. 23 Phan Chu Trinh Street, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi City

- Working time:

+ Monday Friday, 8:00 17:00 or 8:30 17:30

+ Work from home: 1 day/ week

- Transportation by company car & taxi for outside assignments.

- Motorbike parking: In the same building (company-registered).
