Job Responsibilities:
- Regular review, analysis the decision on claim within authority with Productivity/Efficiency in targets of team members, especial minor claim process and follow the performance of team.
- Ensure the achievement of quality benchmarks in claim decisions by monitoring monthly-scores, error rates, and percentage of differing decisions.
- Collaborate with Claim Head and others to achieve functional KPI (such as TAT, pending ratio, and error rate) as well as strategic KPIs.
- Act as a sign-off person and a mentor role: Countersign for claim assessor, trainee claim assessor within own authority and on-the-job training new claim assessors and jet claim assessors.
- Assist Head of Claims and Claims assessment senior manager in developing Operating Manuals, Internal guidelines to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the assessment process Collaborate with other Claims Team to develop internal guidelines, and claims guidelines, streamline the claims process,
- Support claim colleagues (investigator leaders or claims service leaders) in specific situations (including advising medical knowledge, conducting field assessment of disability, and mentoring claims service team to explain decision to others, )
- Co-operated with other team to handle complaint handling to the customer
- Participate in projects related to claim transformation, claim automation, and enhancing the claim system to align with the claim strategy and improve customer experience
- Join to build the new products with role SME and arrange the headcount to join, check and sign off requirement/UAT of projects related process
- Others: to be assigned by the line manager or Company's management (if any)
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- Mandatory: University graduated of Medical, pharmaceutical or economic
- Advantage: medical related background
Experiences:
- Mandatory: at least 3 years experience in the insurance industry, the hospitals (
- Advantage: work at the insurance industry with management role
Knowledge and skill set:
- English skills: speak English fluently
- Microsoft office: word, excel, powerpoint (Vi tnh vn phng)
