This is a 6-month contract firstly and will be converted to a full-time position after that
This position will be in charge of claim servicing for Health & Benefits team and contribute to the achievement of renewal target of the team
The Role
- Assist in managing a small portfolio of employee benefits products under guidance from senior team members.
- Support monitoring of Insurer's claim services to ensure client satisfaction.
- Respond to basic client inquiries regarding benefits, claims status, and policy clarifications.
- Provide initial guidance to clients on claim processes and escalate complex disputes to senior staff.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external providers (Insurers, TPAs, medical providers) for smooth service delivery.
- Prepare simple reports and summaries for management review.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Brokers to resolve routine coverage questions.
- Assist in updating internal documents and supporting seminars or handbook preparation.
- Maintain professional communication with stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
- Perform other administrative or support tasks as assigned.
The Requirements
- University degree
- Good command of English and Vietnamese.
- Basic understanding of insurance or willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under supervision and follow established processes.
- Client-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Availability for a 6-month temporary assignment.
