Job Description

This is a 6-month contract firstly and will be converted to a full-time position after that

This position will be in charge of claim servicing for Health & Benefits team and contribute to the achievement of renewal target of the team

The Role

  • Assist in managing a small portfolio of employee benefits products under guidance from senior team members.
  • Support monitoring of Insurer's claim services to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Respond to basic client inquiries regarding benefits, claims status, and policy clarifications.
  • Provide initial guidance to clients on claim processes and escalate complex disputes to senior staff.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external providers (Insurers, TPAs, medical providers) for smooth service delivery.
  • Prepare simple reports and summaries for management review.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Brokers to resolve routine coverage questions.
  • Assist in updating internal documents and supporting seminars or handbook preparation.
  • Maintain professional communication with stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
  • Perform other administrative or support tasks as assigned.

The Requirements

  • University degree
  • Good command of English and Vietnamese.
  • Basic understanding of insurance or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under supervision and follow established processes.
  • Client-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Availability for a 6-month temporary assignment.
