Sign-off person and mentor role: Countersign for claim assessor, trainee claim assessor within own authority and on- the- job training new claim assesors and jet claim assessors
Support to claim assessor manager build Operating Manual, Internal guideline to build the assessment process is more efficiency and perfect.
Support and join the projects related claim transformation/claim automation/enhance claim system to build and adapt with claim stratergy to increased customer experience

Support claim colleagues (investigators or administrators) in some certain situation (reading original medical record at the hospital, field assessment of disability, mentor for administrators) and support underwriting section when increasing volume of NBUW (month-end, contest)- if any
Co-operate with claim investigator in claimant/customer interview in some certain situation and to build up internal guideline, and claim guide
Others: to be assigned by the line manager or Company's management (if any)
