The candidate task is to Manage and supervise the Construction project in Cam Pha.
Responsibilities
- Manage all of work at site, liaise with the Contracts Manager, client, sub - contractors and other trades, coordinate all aspects of the works so that the project is completed in line with the requirements, within budget, timescales
- Manage and supervise the construction of the Project focusing on: quality, schedule, cost, safety and environment in accordance to the approved budget, design, specifications and schedule/ plan
- Review technical drawings/ shop drawing to ensure their compatibility for construction implementation
- Review and comment on construction costing through detailed BOQ
- Manage the construction schedule and plan
- Maintain quality and safety control procedures.
- Supervise the work and coordination of contractors and suppliers on site
- Check and prepare site reports, technical designs and drawings
- Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site
- Establishing the organization chart on the work site;
- Be in charge of facility/equipment management and maintenance for company offices and workshops
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of the specialized construction (civil and industry).
- Certificate : Relevant certificate of construction field (such as: license for construction supervision; license for practice capacity; Project manager certificate; Cost and assessment certificate; or construction safety class I or II)
- Minimum of 08 experience years in constructing field; and minimum of 02 experience years of the same position
- English : Reading, writing and communicating well in construction field
- Software : Expert in major software and Ms. Office
- Willing work in far location or changeable position working while ordered by company
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Capable of working independently as well as part of the team
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese legal system in Construction field.
