Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 14 years of experience in Civil Engineering design and project delivery.
- Strong experience in industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, or heavy industrial projects.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior and mid-level engineers and designers.
- Demonstrated experience working within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience in road, pavement, earthworks, stormwater, drainage, and site development design.
- Experience in reinforced concrete and civil infrastructure design.
- Knowledge of international engineering design standards; experience with Australian standards is an advantage.
- Proficiency in civil engineering design software and related engineering tools.
- Ability to review technical deliverables, manage design quality, and provide technical leadership.
- Experience supporting large-scale industrial facilities, transportation, utilities, energy, or infrastructure developments is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global project teams.
