Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil & Corporate Legal Associate/Litigation Paralegal, located in Saigon, HCM City, Vietnam. The selected candidate will be responsible for drafting and preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, assisting in litigation proceedings, managing legal files, and addressing various legal issues. The role also includes supporting attorneys in case preparation, client communication, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess complex legal issues
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a professional legal environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Prior experience with civil and corporate legal cases or paralegal work is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Law; certification as a legal practitioner is beneficial
• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages, particularly Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, is a plus.
