The Project
This is a complex, large scale, modern smart urban development that will benefit the people. The project includes villas, townhouses, apartments, retail, and offices, working with an amazing client and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Support team performance through coaching, development, and effective delivery oversight.
- Lead structural or fitout works for assigned areas, ensuring programme, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate closely with Package Managers on programme priorities, critical path, and lookahead planning.
- Provide accurate plannedvsactual reporting, escalating variances to construction leadership.
- Manage digital information, QA/QC requirements, ITPs, and handover for the area.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and embed best practice, digital adoption, and responsible, lowcarbon delivery.
You'll Need To Have
- Degree qualification is essential with over 10 years experience.
- Strong English communication and extensive knowledge of construction methods, structural or fit out disciplines, and safety standards.
- Holds Class 1 Supervision Certificate and relevant accreditations (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS).
- Skilled in programme sequencing, digital platforms, and compliance with Mace processes.
