The Project
This is a complex, large scale, modern smart urban development that will benefit the people. The project includes villas, townhouses, apartments, retail, and offices, working with an amazing client and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Establish and maintain secondary control and provide accurate dimensional control for contractor works.
- Support inspections and collate quality records to enable verification of construction activities.
- Review design information against onsite works to build technical understanding and ensure alignment.
- Maintain a detailed site diary to record daily activities and progress.
- Build strong working relationships and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Contribute to lowcarbon delivery by identifying and managing carbon impacts throughout project delivery.
You'll Need To Have
- Degree qualification is essential with over 5 years experience.
- Effective communicator with strong attention to detail and the ability to build positive working relationships within project teams.
- Class 1 Supervision Certificate ideal; Class 2 acceptable, with strong understanding of construction methods, basic engineering principles, and discipline interfaces.
- Working toward a recognized civil engineering qualification or appropriate professional membership.
