ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. ECA Preparation and Teaching (Offline)

Design and conduct ECAs focused on cultural exploration, including activities such as board games, crafts,

and simple science projects.

Create a positive and interactive environment that encourages student participation and cultural

engagement.

Manage small class sizes of 8-10 students in schools or community settings.

Provide feedback to students and parents/guardians about participation and progress in ECAs.

2. HSK Learning Support (Online/Offline)

Provide tailored support to students learning HSK in class or during dedicated tutoring classes, helping

them strengthen foundational skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

Identify and address individual student learning needs to enhance their language proficiency.

Assist students in building HSK vocabulary, mastering grammar concepts, and improving general language

skills.

3. HSK teaching and Test Preparation (Online/Offline)

Teach students HSK curriculum in reading comprehension and writing skills for HSK exams, focusing on

achieving certification goals.

Conduct structured practice sessions and mock exams to familiarize students with the HSK test format

and requirements.

Offer constructive feedback on reading and writing exercises, focusing on grammar, sentence structure,

and essay writing.

Teach test-taking strategies to help students maximize their performance in the exams.

Track student progress and adapt teaching approaches to ensure they reach their desired HSK level.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency in Mandarin at HSK Level 5 or above.

Teaching certification CTCSOL or Graduated relevant major.

Proven experience teaching Mandarin and preparing students for HSK exams, with expertise in reading

and writing.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Passion for teaching and promoting Mandarin language and culture in a diverse environment.

Overseas study or work experience in mainland China and Taiwan is a plus
