Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations Monitor and control operating costs, including food and labor
  • Guest Experience Deliver outstanding service aligned with luxury hospitality standards Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally Build relationships with VIP guests and repeat clientele
  • Team Leadership Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff Conduct daily briefings and ongoing coaching Manage staff scheduling and performance evaluations Foster a positive and culturally respectful working environment
  • Financial Performance Drive revenue through promotions, upselling, and events Monitor P&L, budgeting, and forecasting Analyze sales reports and implement improvement strategies
  • Menu & Concept Management Work closely with the Chinese Head Chef on menu development Ensure authenticity of Chinese cuisine and dining experience Support seasonal promotions, festivals, and special menus
  • Marketing & Branding Collaborate with Marketing team on campaigns and social media Organize events (e.g., Chinese New Year, Dim Sum brunch) Ensure brand standards and restaurant concept consistency
