Quantix Finance is seeking a full-time Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the protocol's technical vision, architecture, and execution.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of development, from smart contracts to backend systems and platform infrastructure. The CTO will play a critical role in building and scaling the protocol on TRON, ensuring performance, security, and institutional-grade reliability.

• Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for Quantix Finance
• Architect and oversee development of secure, scalable infrastructure on TRON
• Lead engineering efforts across smart contracts, backend systems, and integrations
• Ensure best-in-class security practices, testing frameworks, and deployment processes
• Drive product development from concept through production
• Manage and mentor engineering teams while coordinating cross-functional execution
• Work closely with leadership to align technical development with business objectives

• Strong background in software development and blockchain technologies
• Direct experience building on the TRON network (required)
• Deep understanding of smart contracts, DeFi systems, and distributed architecture
• Proven ability to design and scale secure, high-performance platforms
• Experience delivering complex fintech or digital asset products
• Leadership experience managing engineering teams and technical roadmaps
• Background in product development within fast-paced environments
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
