Chief Technology Officer

An American category-leading consumer goods brand with a rapidly growing online business is curently hiring for a Chief Technology Office, to be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The CTO will lead global technology across e-commerce, data, architecture, security, and internal systems.

This is a key leadership hire which will define the technology vision and roadmap, scale a global engineering organization, drive customer-centric digital experiences, ensure resilient and cost-efficient architecture, elevate data systems for real-time decision-making, and build a culture of ownership, clarity, and trust.

As the business is embarking on a scale up mission, this role will play a key part in enabling from a technology point of view. This role reports to the CEO, who is based in the US.

The ideal candidate

• Current experience serving in a similar CTO/Head of Technology capacity, ideally within international FMCG, retail or eCommerce companies
• Highly strategic and visionary leader, with strong commercial acumen
• Ability to operate effectively cross-culturally, within both American and Asian work cultures.
• Fluency in Vietnamese will be highly advantageous
