Job Description

We are partnering with a fast-growing international technology consulting group operating across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East to hire a highly experienced Chief Sales Officer (CSO).

Our client is a IT service and consulting organization known for:

  • Driving large-scale digital transformation for global clients

Role Overview

As the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), you will lead regional sales operations and play a critical role in shaping the company's commercial strategy. You will oversee sales teams across multiple countries and manage consulting groups, including Industry Consulting, Partnerships, and IT Consulting.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening the consulting and sales organization as the company continues its rapid growth across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across multiple regions.
  • Align sales strategy with overall business goals and market direction.

Team & Consulting Management:

  • Lead and manage sales teams across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
  • Oversee consulting teams, including Industry Consulting, Partnerships, and IT Consulting.
  • Ensure consistent performance, strong client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Business Development & Market Expansion:

  • Identify new market opportunities and emerging industry trends.
  • Expand the company's footprint in existing markets and explore new markets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Ensure high customer retention and service quality.
  • Executive Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership on target setting, commercial strategies, and cross-departmental alignment (e.g., marketing, content production).

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Prepare proposals, handle tenders, and report on regional sales performance.
  • Take corrective action to ensure continuous improvement.

Strategic Influence & Mentorship:

  • Provide insights to shape long-term strategy and expansion plans.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing teams across regions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and strategic problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated success leading regional or global sales teams within the tech or consulting industry.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to influence executive-level decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
