Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and own the group-wide product vision and multi-year roadmap across fish shooting, card games, poker, crash, and live casino.
- Establish clear strategic positioning for each vertical, balancing innovation, market demand, certification constraints, and commercial return.
- Ensure alignment between product strategy and company-wide objectives, including growth, market expansion, and platform evolution.
Portfolio & Performance Ownership
- Oversee the full product lifecycle across all game categories, from concept and greenlight through launch, live operations, and retirement.
- Own portfolio-level KPIs such as revenue contribution, adoption by operators, player engagement, and long-term product health.
- Drive disciplined prioritization across studios and product lines, making explicit trade-offs between speed, quality, innovation, and regulatory complexity.
RNG & Game Economics Leadership
- Provide strong leadership and governance over RNG-driven products, particularly including game mechanics, RTP bands, volatility profiles, and feature innovation.
- Ensure product decisions are informed by player behavior, game mathematics, and operator economics.
- Balance creative ambition with certification timelines, jurisdictional requirements, and risk management.
Live Products & Operational Excellence
- Guide product strategy for live and real-time multiplayer products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compelling player experiences.
- Oversee post-launch optimization, live tuning strategies, and performance monitoring across all product types.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Technology, Game Design, Math, Compliance, Commercial, and Marketing leadership to ensure product decisions are executable and commercially viable.
- Act as the primary executive owner of product prioritization, resolving conflicts between teams and functions when needed.
- Build, mentor, and lead senior product leadership across multiple studios and verticals.
Market & Customer Insight
- Maintain a deep understanding of global Gaming market trends, player preferences, and operator needs.
- Engage directly with key partners, operators, and aggregators to gather feedback and validate product direction.
- Ensure the product organization remains competitive across regulated and emerging markets.
Governance, Metrics & Execution
- Establish clear product governance, decision frameworks, and success metrics across the group.
- Define and track KPIs that reflect real Gaming outcomes, including time-to-market, certification efficiency, portfolio performance, and product ROI.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the Gaming industry, with senior-level ownership of product strategy and delivery.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple game verticals, with strong depth in RNG-based products.
- Proven track record of shipping and scaling products in regulated Gaming markets, including interaction with certification bodies and regulators.
- Strong understanding of game economics, player behavior, and B2B operator models.
- Experience leading senior product managers and working at executive level with technology and commercial leaders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to make and defend hard prioritization decisions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Product Management, Technology, or a related field. Advanced product or leadership certifications are a plus.
