Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking a high-calibre Chief Operating Officer to join our fast-growing business in Ho Chi Minh City.

This is a Board-facing leadership role for a commercially driven executive with a strong foundation in finance and a proven track record leading operations, business performance, and transformation initiatives

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who combines financial discipline with operational excellence and is capable of driving strategy into execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Board on business strategy, growth, and performance

• Lead end-to-end business operations and execution

• Drive profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance

• Lead transformation, process improvement, and scalability initiatives

• Build and develop high-performing leadership teams

• Establish a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline

• CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification

• Minimum 15 years of experience across commercial finance, operations, and business leadership

• Minimum 3 years of external audit experience (Big 4 preferred

• Proven track record managing P&L and driving business performance

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments

• Strong commercial acumen and operational leadership capability

• Strong executor with the ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes

• Experience working with Boards & senior stakeholders

• Fluent English communication skills are essential

• Experience in diagnostics or other regulated industries will be an advantage
