Chief Growth Officer (Commercial & Sales)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Head Office)

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Chairman

As we continue to accelerate our commercial expansion and digital transformation, we are seeking an exceptional Chief Growth Officer (Commercial & Sales) to lead our national commercial organization and shape the next phase of Chicilon's growth.

Position Overview

The Chief Growth Officer (Commercial & Sales) is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth and commercial excellence across Vietnam.

Based in Ho Chi Minh City, this position will oversee the Sales and Key Account teams in both Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, ensuring strong execution, disciplined sales management, customer retention, and business expansion.

This role requires a commercially driven leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, possesses strong leadership capabilities, and has a proven ability to build high-performing sales organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute Chicilon's nationwide commercial growth strategy aligned with the company's long-term business objectives.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth through strategic account expansion, new client acquisition, and market development.
  • Identify new market opportunities, emerging industries, and innovative commercial models to strengthen the company's competitive position.
  • Lead annual business planning, sales forecasting, budgeting, and revenue performance management.

Sales Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, manage, and inspire Sales and Key Account teams across Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
  • Establish clear sales KPIs, performance metrics, sales processes, and operating rhythms to maximize productivity.
  • Monitor pipeline health, sales conversion, forecasting accuracy, and overall commercial performance.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, performance coaching, and leadership development for commercial managers.
  • Foster a high-performance culture driven by accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Account Management

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key advertisers, multinational corporations, media agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Personally lead negotiations and commercial discussions for high-value business opportunities.
  • Develop long-term account growth strategies that increase customer retention, wallet share, and overall client value.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for the company's most important strategic accounts.

New Business Development

  • Develop new revenue streams by identifying untapped market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Expand Chicilon's customer portfolio across FMCG, Retail, Banking, Automotive, Technology, Healthcare, Real Estate, Telecommunications, Aviation, and other priority sectors.
  • Leverage industry relationships to strengthen Chicilon's market presence and accelerate business growth.

Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Build, coach, and develop a best-in-class commercial organization.
  • Mentor Sales Directors, Sales Managers, and Key Account leaders to strengthen leadership capability and execution excellence.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop top commercial talent while building a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Promote a culture of ownership, integrity, innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Strategy, Operations, Finance, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver integrated business solutions.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer insights to support product innovation and strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the commercial organization in executive management discussions and company-wide strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related discipline; MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
  • At least 5 years in senior leadership roles, managing multi-level commercial teams across multiple locations.
  • Proven track record of consistently delivering significant revenue growth and exceeding commercial targets.
  • Strong experience in Media, DOOH, Digital Advertising, Advertising Agencies, Media Agencies, Technology, AdTech, MarTech, Enterprise B2B Solutions, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success managing strategic clients and leading complex commercial negotiations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market opportunities and drive strategic growth.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
