Job Description

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the corporate Finance & Accounting function and support the next stage of business growth. The CFO will drive financial strategy, business performance, investment initiatives, and finance transformation while ensuring strong governance and sustainable profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic business partner, shaping the Group's financial strategy and supporting long-term business growth and value creation.
  • Lead the overall Finance & Accounting function, ensuring effective financial planning, governance, reporting, treasury, taxation, compliance, internal controls, and enterprise risk management.
  • Drive enterprise-wide financial performance by partnering with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and other business leaders to improve profitability, productivity, and capital efficiency.
  • Lead corporate finance activities, including capital planning, funding strategies, strategic investments, M&A, joint ventures, and business expansion initiatives.
  • Provide financial leadership for major business decisions through investment evaluation, financial modeling, scenario planning, and performance analysis.
  • Champion finance transformation by modernizing financial processes, strengthening governance, enhancing ERP and digital capabilities, and building a scalable finance organization.
  • Establish robust performance management frameworks, financial KPIs, and management reporting to enable data-driven decision-making across the Group.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Finance organization by developing leadership capabilities, succession planning, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build trusted relationships with shareholders, banks, investors, auditors, and external stakeholders while safeguarding the Group's financial strength and supporting future capital market readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 15 years of Finance & Accounting experience, including 5+ years in a CFO or Finance Director role.
  • Strong experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in financial planning, commercial finance, investment evaluation, M&A, and finance transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English both verbal and written.
