manufacturing operations and regional headquarters to a brand-new, state-of-the-art office facility
in Ho Chi Minh City.

Key Responsibilities
- Supply Chain & Fabrication QC: Partner with aluminum extrusion and fabrication experts in Vietnam to ensure world-class production quality.
- Technical Liaison: Engage directly with overseas clients and the local commercial team to resolve complex technical inquiries and product specifications.
- Training & Mentorship: Conduct technical training sessions for internal staff, establishing and reinforcing rigorous quality control (QC) protocols.
- Product Optimization: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve engineering challenges to optimize product functionality and maximize client satisfaction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with factory QC and site installation teams to ensure seamless system optimization.
- R&D Initiatives: Collaborate with international engineering teams to design and develop next-generation glazing systems and products.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in window/door manufacturing or aluminum fabrication, showing an excellent balance between detailed technical execution and high-level project overview.
- Technical Expertise: Robust engineering background specializing in glass, window, and door systems.
- Software Proficiency: Mastery of AutoCAD and Revit is required for engineering and system design tasks.
- Language Skills: Proficient English communication, specifically within technical fenestration terminology, alongside strong professional conversational skills.
- Soft Skills: Proven ability to train, upskill, and lead technical teams.
- Asset (Preferred but not required): Familiarity with international window and door manufacturing standards
