Job Title: Chief Delivery Officer
Salary: 3,000-4,000 USD monthly gross (negotiable)

A fast-growing Singapore-based tech company in Fintech and Trading Platforms is seeking a Chief Delivery Officer to lead large delivery teams and drive product excellence.
Job Overview:
This role oversees the entire Tech/Product/Delivery division (5070 members). The CDO ensures smooth execution, high-quality delivery, and strong coordination between clients, delivery teams, and the executive board.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Tech, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure on-time and high-quality outcomes.
- Supervise PMs, Tech Leads, BAs, and QAs across multiple projects.
- Work with clients and senior management on scope, requirements, and delivery progress.
- Oversee architecture decisions, system performance, and CI/CD practices.
- Plan resources, define OKRs, and manage delivery roadmaps.
- Drive communication, reporting, and decision-making across stakeholders.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 10 years experience in IT companies, including 5+ years in Product Manager/Project Manager or Head/Lead roles.
- Experience leading 50+ members across cross-functional tech teams.
- Fintech, trading, lending, or high-load system experience.
- Strong product mindset; not limited to outsource-style delivery.
- Ability to own delivery end-to-end and make product-driven decisions.
- Solid understanding of system architecture, performance, security, CI/CD.
- Strong business sense and ability to align delivery with commercial goals.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in multinational product companies or overseas environments.
- Familiarity with AWS and large-scale platforms.
