Our client is looking for a full time Chief Accountant, experience in manufacturing, working in Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong. As a Chief Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of accounting records.
Responsibilities:
- General Ledger accounting
- Review of monthly account reconciliation reports for all account codes
- Review of all tax reports and tax reconciliation reports
- Review for Fixed Assets report and account booking for fixed assets and depreciations
- Conduct month-end cost reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in the reporting of cost of goods sold (COGS) and inventory valuations
- Preparation and checking for the month ended closing process
- Review for all AP/AR reports, and analyze report
- Review and analyze for AP, AR and GL report
- Cash and bank forecast
- Review and contact with external auditor for audit process
- Booking and checking for audit adjustment
- Checking of corporate income tax
- Handle for all bank certification reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Chief Accountant Certificate.
- Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or in a similar leadership role in accounting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team of accounting professionals.
- Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in preparing reports.
