This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Accountant, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Chief Accountant will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with local regulations, prepare financial statements, and manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. The role involves managing accounting staff, performing audits, reconciling accounts, and providing in-depth financial analysis to support business decision-making. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maintain financial stability will also be a crucial aspect of the role.

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Experience with tax compliance, audits, and knowledge of local financial regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a detail-oriented mindset
• Proven experience with accounting systems and financial tools
• Leadership and team management skills to oversee accounting staff effectively
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities
• At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are an advantage
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English
• Experience in the beverage or HoReCa industry is a plus
