What You'll Do
Lead and oversee all accounting, financial reporting, and tax operations for the company and its subsidiaries.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations, while coordinating with auditors and authorities.
Provide accurate and timely financial data and insights to support the Executive Board in strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain efficient accounting policies, internal controls, and financial governance frameworks.
Drive automation and process optimisation through ERP systems and digital finance tools.
Support digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational excellence and data transparency.
Reporting to: Executive Board / Chairman of the Board of Directors
What You'll Need
1. Education & Certification
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Chief Accountant Certificate, CPA, or equivalent international qualification is preferred.
Strong English proficiency (minimum equivalent to IELTS 7.0) for communication with international partners.
2. Experience & Knowledge
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, including at least 2 years in a Chief Accountant or equivalent leadership role.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or MISA AMIS) and Business Intelligence tools.
Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is an advantage.
