Swiss-Belvillas Solavita Bình Tiên is seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to lead all financial operations for our hotel. This role is responsible for ensuring financial stability, regulatory compliance, accurate reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and driving profitability through strategic financial leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead all hotel finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, AP/AR, purchasing, and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Analyze financial performance, identify opportunities to improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee audits, banking, capital expenditures, vendor contracts, and inventory controls.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while partnering with department heads to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Chief Accountant; previous hotel industry experience required.
- Strong financial analysis, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel accounting systems, with knowledge of the Uniform System of Accounts.
- Fluent in English.
