Main Duties:
Manage and operate the accounting department:
- Assign, supervise, and evaluate the performance of accounting staff.
- Develop and implement internal policies, processes, and controls to ensure compliance with the law and effective operations.
Ensure the accuracy of accounting books:
- Handle and check income and expenses, goods receipt/issuance, sales, banking transactions, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, store documents, and handle any arising issues.
- Review accounting sections to promptly complete them, in compliance with current state regulations and suitable for each development stage of the company.
- Control costs, revenue, profit and loss, inventory, and debts.
Prepare and analyze financial reports:
- Prepare business performance reports, financial statements, and other reports as required.
- Analyze financial data to evaluate business performance and the efficiency of capital utilization.
Tax finalization and representation for work with tax authorities and banks:
- Prepare and review monthly tax declaration files, annual financial statements, and annual tax finalization files in accordance with current regulations.
- Represent the company to work with tax authorities, explain issues related to taxes, tax refunds, and other administrative procedures.
- Work with banks that provide operating capital for the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance - Accounting and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Thorough understanding of tax laws, accounting regulations, and financial accounting principles and standards.
- Knowledge of corporate finance and legal regulations regarding corporate operations.
