Role Description

Oversee all accounting operations for client companies within the manufacturing sector.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Manage budgets and forecasts, providing strategic financial insights to stakeholders.

Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure accurate reporting.

Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Prepare tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes while maintaining compliance with tax regulations.

Assist in financial planning and analysis, identifying opportunities for cost-saving and revenue enhancement.

Develop and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and industry trends, ensuring best practices.

Qualifications

10 years of experience in accounting, specifically within the manufacturing industry.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance.

Chief accountant certificate is necessary, must have experience dealing with auditors in Big 4.

Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.

Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.

Proven leadership and team management abilities.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changes.

Experience in developing financial policies and procedures.
