Build and organize the accounting system, taking charge of drafting, proposing, and adjusting accounting policies, procedures, and regulations in accordance with local and international accounting requirements.
Develop, implement and administer credit and collection of policies and procedures.
In charge of the accounting section (payments, receivables, payables, assets, taxes, etc.). Control the daily accounting operations.
Verify and account for all debts and financial liabilities of the Company.
Oversee CIT, PIT, VAT refund of the Company.
Annually, in conjunction with the Directors and Dept. Heads, comply all budgets and forecasts covering all activities of the Company and to maintain all budget control procedures. Prepare cash flow plan, P&L projections, review and sign off all departmental capital budget.
Appraise on a regular basis system of internal controls and develop and implement further measures if necessary.
Constantly review the utilization of sources and applications of the company's funding with a view to improve liquidity and minimize the indebtedness of the company.
Ensure all accounting records and financial statements comply with the standards set by the Company and in compliance with the relevant accounting systems.
Receive, safeguard and account for all cash, bank deposits, account receivables, inventories, advances of the Company.
Account for all income and receipts of the Company from every source, including income from the sales and services, deposits, prepayments and other sums received and unearned, collection and accounts, receivable and advances, proceeds from sales of services and supplies, interest and exchange.
Account for all expenditures and disbursement of the Company of whatsoever nature and purpose, including salaries and wages if required, merchandise, supplies and services, taxes and other similar levies, advances and loans, equipment, rents, exchange and liabilities incurred by law.
Review and approve all journal transactions and supporting documents prior to posting to General Ledger Control and other control documents.
Maintain list of all insurances, licenses, permits etc. and schedule of payments to avoid penalty on late payments.
Establish proper system of storage for all accounting documents including limits of access and confidentiality and other risk preventive measures.
Be responsible for the day-today administration of the Accounting Department and related activities.
Other ad-hoc service-related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Your Talents
At least five years experience working in relevant position.
Graduated from University, major in Accounting, Financing, Auditing.
Possession of valid Certificate of Chief Accountant in accordance with Vietnam standard is a must. Obtaining the ACCA, CPA is advantage.
Strong understanding of financial and accounting system: VAS, IFRS, FAST.
Excellent problem-solving skill.
Computer literacy, with excellent MS Office skills and some accounting software.
Be able to communicate in English.
Careful, tidy and highly responsible.
Strong self-discipline, sincere, good attitude, self-confident.
Experience in working with Government Taxation Office.
Update accounting laws and ensure legal compliance with current regulations in accounting and taxation.
