Chief Accountant

• Salary: $2,000 $2,500
• Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

Manage all activities of the Accounting Department, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal company policies.

Organize and supervise accounting activities in accordance with standards; prepare and review financial reports, tax reports, and periodic management reports.

Monitor and control cash flow, receivables/payables, costs, revenues, assets, and the company's budget.

Analyze and report financial results to the management board, provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Ensure tax compliance: Timely and accurate submission of tax reports as required by law.

Handle tax-related matters such as Personal Income Tax (PIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), and other applicable taxes.

Manage and develop the accounting team: delegate tasks, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.

Working hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Monday Friday)

Salary: $2,000 $2,500, based on qualifications and experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields

Certification: Chief Accountant Certificate is required; ACCA, CPA, CTA are strong advantages

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or equivalent role

Experience working at large-scale companies with well-structured accounting systems

Proven experience managing accounting teams

Language: Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), capable of reporting and communicating with foreign managers

Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to convey ideas clearly and handle situations flexibly

Proficient in Excel and common accounting software
