Main responsibilities:
Operational level
- Build-up & manage accounting system to ensure the accounting jobs of company in compliance with the accounting standards (IFRS and VAS), government law and respond to issue/present financial & internal Consolidation/Separate reports accurately, timely and sufficiently.
- Understand the structure of the organization (procedures, function, profession, legal entity) and management requirements in order to build the accounting system accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the assets, inventory measured sufficiently and timely
- To ensure tax reports and tax payments are complete, timely and effectively
- Propose the organizational solutions for tax optimization
- Contribute to the preparation of the annual revenue and capital budgets, monitoring of financial performance
- Issue the financial and internal monthly/quarterly/yearly reports matching the deadlines required from line manager and other external regulatory institutional organization.
- Improve and manage the accounting and operating procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures
- Assist the line manager in respect of reports and presentations to the Board regarding Operation Performance.
- Review and approve all documents related to the Company's expenses.
- Advise the Board of Directors as well as relevant departments to ensure operational optimization and minimize risks related to Accounting and Tax.
Management and Leadership
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Digital transformation
- Build and maintain BI to support with measuring and tracking of the achievement of key business objectives and making decision.
- Collaborate with Finance Business Partner (FBP) department and other related departments to complete the financial system in order to record all activities and driving factors for deep analysis and control.
- Propose system solutions to systematize activities of the Department.

Qualifications:
- Having the Chief Accountant certificate, having a certificate related to international accounting (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW…) is highly preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of accounting and finance.
- At least 2 years of experience on the same position, manudfacturing company is preferred.
- Legal knowledge: Understanding VAS accounting standards, IFRS, enterprise law, accounting law, tax management law, and legal documents related to accounting.
- Financial report analysis skills: sensitive in reviewing data, analyzing fluctuations in received reports.
- Training skills: ability to communicate, train employees, and guide employees to perform assigned tasks well.
- Leadership skills: ability to lead a team and work effectively with a team.
