Job Description
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the factory's financial and accounting reporting framework to ensure full compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Manage the complete set of accounting records and ensure timely preparation of all financial reports in accordance with statutory rules and accounting principles.
- Prepare statutory financial statements that meet disclosure requirements, applicable accounting standards, and local tax regulations.
- Oversee the accurate and punctual production of financial statements, budgets, tax filings, and analytical reports, including monthly and annual P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Supervise the compilation of documentation for corporate income tax finalization and closely monitor tax matters to ensure full adherence to tax obligations.
- Support audit activities by providing required information and advise internal teams on tax-related queries.
- Execute routine finance and accounting operations on a daily basis.
- Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and compliance in all financial reporting, strictly following company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior members of the accounting team.
- Carry out additional duties and ad hoc assignments as delegated by management.
The Successful Applicant
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Chief Accountant Certificate is a must
- Over 10 years of experience in accounting and tax, including 3+ years in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in ERP systems is a must.
- A strong understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and the capacity to manage a team effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across departments.
- Strong English skills.
