A. Job Responsibilities:
- Directly organize, manage, and execute the operations of the Company's accounting department; maintain comprehensive accounting records and books; periodically evaluate accounting practices and develop continuous improvement policies.
- Prepare financial statements, fund reports, portfolio management reports, and internal proprietary trading reports in accordance with prescribed deadlines, accounting standards, and relevant tax and securities regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to develop periodic plans and budgets.
- Manage expenses according to the approved budget and proactively seek cost-saving solutions.
- Establish appropriate cash flow contingency plans to meet unexpected funding needs and specific business requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure debt collection is carried out in compliance with contracts.
- Coordinate with independent auditors and handle tax finalization processes.
- Practical experience in payroll, and statutory social insurance regulations.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by the Executive Board or the Board of Directors.
- Update, disseminate, and provide guidance on the implementation of legal documents related to finance, accounting, and taxation affecting the Company's business operations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Executive Board.
B. Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Accounting & Auditing.
- Priority given to candidates with professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA.
- Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, including at least 2–3 years in a manager position with statutory reporting, tax, audits, treasury/cash management, and budgeting.
• Thorough understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), IFRS, and the regulations of the State Securities Commission on fund financial reporting.
• Proficient in preparing financial statements, tax settlements, and internal control.
- Strong knowledge of regulations on accounting for investment funds and investment trusts.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience as a chief accountant in the financial industry such as banking,securities, fund management, or investment finance is preferred.
- Preference will also be given to candidates who are proficient in using Bravo software.
- Qualities: Hard-working, meticulous, punctual, and possessing a high sense of responsibility.
