Chief Accountant ( 5Yoe)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting:

·       Manage all accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), General Ledger (GL), and financial reporting.

·       Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.

·       Maintain strict compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.

·       Oversee general ledgers, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statement analysis.

·       Prepare and provide financial data and reports to the Board of Directors or functional units as required.

2. Financial Management:

·       Support cash flow management and financial analysis to optimize business performance.

3. Tax:

·       Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and Personal Income Tax, FCWT.

·       Liaise with tax authorities during audits and inspections.

4. Others:

·       Perform other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

·       Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

·       Chief Accounting Certificate is required.

·       Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Skills:

·       In-depth understanding of the Vietnamese Accounting System (VAS), corporate tax laws, accounting laws, and relevant state circulars and decrees.

·       Proficiency in accounting software (MISA) and advanced MS Office skills.

·       Strong leadership, team management, and organizational abilities.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       High standards of integrity, attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
