Work Location: in Ho Chi Minh City

1- Head Office/ Plant located in Ci Mp Industrial Zone, Tn Phc Ward; and

2- H Ch Minh Representative Office located in Saigon Centre, 65 L Li street, Si Gn Ward

Reporting to: PVC Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Chemicals Sales Representative (high level) of Poly Vinyl Chloride PVC Sales Executive (Domestic Customer) to drive sales growth for PVC products in the domestic market. This role focuses on developing new customers, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence in a stable and essential industrial sector, offering long-term career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Market Development

Identify and develop new customers to expand domestic market share.

Manage existing accounts through regular customer visits and relationship building.

Prepare commercial offers and manage sales processes including stock checking and credit assessment.

Handle the full order-to-cash process, including order follow-up, delivery coordination, and payment collection.

Collect and report market intelligence such as competitor pricing, new products, applications, and supply trends.

Sales Planning, Forecasting & Reporting

Analyze market data to prepare accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and delivery forecasts.

Develop key customer plans and coordinate closely with production and logistics teams for bulk deliveries.

Support the PVC Sales Manager by preparing sales performance reports and market analysis.

Stakeholder & Internal Support

Work closely with Customer Technical Service Department to ensure prompt and effective response to customer technical needs.

Support special projects and other responsibilities as assigned by PVC Sales Manage

Job Requirements

Education & Knowledge:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Polymer, Materials, or related fields

Basic understanding of B2B sales process in industrial or manufacturing sectors

Experience:

Minimum 35 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in PVC, plastics, polymers, chemicals, industrial materials, or related industries

Experience working with manufacturers, distributors, or industrial customers in the domestic market

Hands-on experience in order follow-up, delivery coordination, and payment collection is a strong advantage

Skills & Language:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong communication, negotiation, and planning skills.

Excellent Vietnamese and English communication skills (spoken and written).

Ability to speak Chinese or Japanese is an advantage.

Attitude:

Have a good attitude, high integrity and logical thinking.

Customer-oriented mindset.

Respectful and professional attitude toward customers, superiors, and colleagues.
