Position : Sales Engineer (Adhesive)
Working Place : Ha Noi or Bac Ninh
Working Time : Monday to Friday (8:30 - 17:30); Saturday (8:30 - 12:30).
Interview Rounds : 3 rounds (HR, Sales Manager/Leader, and expats).
Company overview: A global distributor specializing in chemicals and specialty equipment.
Main Responsibilities
Achieve sales and profit targets according to set objectives.
Represent the company in the target market, including General Industry, Automotive,
Electronics, and Electronic Manufacturing.
Identify potential opportunities and develop them into key customers.
Build strong relationships with customer departments: Purchasing, Engineering, Production,
and Quality teams to establish and grow a loyal customer base for the company.
Analyze and evaluate competitors products and services.
Handle technical inquiries to meet customer needs.
Collaborate with colleagues in Vietnam and overseas headquarters.
Technical and Experienced Requirements
Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Electronics is an advantage.
Strong communication, consulting, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently with high responsibility.
Proactive, flexible, and passionate about sales and customer service.
Dynamic, diligent, and able to work under pressure.
Ability to communicate in Chinese and English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
Chinese nationals residing in Vietnam will also be considered.
Good computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email, and Internet usage.
