Working location : Tan Duc, Long An
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for theoverall operation of the plant, including production management, quality control, R&D project management, supply chain, safety management, and related functions.
- Drive the establishment and continuous improvement ofplant systems and management frameworksto enhance overall management standards.
- Optimizeplant operational efficiency, improve equipment utilization rates, and increaseoutput per employee.
- Oversee theimplementation and execution of R&D projects.
- Report directly to theChairman of the Board.
Requirements:
- Solid working and technical experience in chemical enterprises (chemical industry or related manufacturing sectors), with at least8 years of relevant managerial experience(this requirement may be relaxed for outstanding candidates). Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the following industries:pharmaceuticals / agrochemicals / paints, inks, adhesives / leather & footwear, textiles / daily-use consumer chemicals.
- Candidates who can bringtheir own cooperative projects in the fine chemicals fieldwill be given strong priority.
- Proficiency inEnglishis an advantage.
