*ROLES:
- Develop and maintain professionally the assortment to serve Premium HoReCa customers, focusing on western styles (including wine)
- Work on results, analyze deviation between budget and actual situation, if necessary, make action plans and follow up
- Through a professional customer approach achieving the criteria of building a category which is the market preferred choice by the targeted customers.
- To give monthly product introduction through joint activity of SF team and target customers
- To supervise and support the activities with the SF team in order to guarantee a deep understanding of related product's knowledge.
- To feed-back to CM/OM team about important market observation, trends or needs in order to contribute to building the best assortment with the best offer on the market.
*REQUIREMENTS:
- Confirmed background and strong understanding of Premium HRC customers, especially on Western style
- Strong focus on customer needs and result orientation. Highly motivated for customer approach
- Pro-efficient English
- Accountable, take initiatives and can work under pressure.
- Cross functional management skills
- Good organization and management skills
