Develop, recruit, and manage channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners to expand the company's partner ecosystem.
Identify and onboard new channel partners to support business expansion across targeted markets.
Drive partner enablement through training, product knowledge sharing, and joint sales activities.
Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with company sales targets and strategies.
Drive revenue growth through partner-led sales opportunities and channel initiatives.
Work with partners to identify and develop new business opportunities within smart buildings, AIoT, and digital transformation sectors.
Manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, solution positioning, proposal development, and deal closure.
Support partners in customer meetings, solution presentations, and technical discussions when required.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B technology sales, ideally with exposure to channel sales, partner management, or solution-based selling.
Prior experience in physical security, data center, or IT-related environments is required.
Strong experience working with distributors, system integrators, or channel partners.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and effectively managing partner relationships.
Technical Understanding: Experience in AIoT, smart building technologies, automation, or enterprise solutions is a must.
Communication Skills:
Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Presentation Skills: Comfortable preparing and delivering sales and marketing presentations.
Digital Tools: Familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn, Canva, Meta platforms, CRM systems, and Google Analytics, ability to effectively utilize AI tools to improve work efficiency.
A strong network with system integrators, distributors, and industry partners is an advantage.
