Oversee the inverter product line's marketing, promotion, and sales results. Create and put into action plans to boost sales and product penetration through a variety of channels.
Create and put into practice channel schemes for motors and low voltage drives.
To guarantee sales development and alignment with business goals, oversee and assist current distribution partners.
Assist distributors sales teams with product training and basic technical assistance.
When necessary, work with technical support teams to resolve product-related concerns.D
Track distributor performance, including market activity, inventory levels, and sales volume.
Create and implement price guidelines, reward plans, and promotional initiatives for channel partners.
Compile and evaluate competition activity and market data to use in business strategy.
Make sure that all channel-related operations adhere to the company's policies and procedures.
To serve clients and grow the company across Vietnam, work directly with BU, regional teams, and suppliers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Engineering major in Electrical/Mechatronics/Automation
At least 03 years of working for Inverter/Automation/Drive & Motor business
Strong in managing distributor network & good understanding the inverter market and customers (end users, OEM makers)
