Job Summary:
The Channel Marketing Manager supports the Group Channel Marketing Manager in executing channel-specific strategies across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and On-Premise. This role ensures marketing plans are localized, campaigns are effectively activated, and execution standards are met to maximize ROI and brand presence at the point of sale.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead the development of the channel & category plan for assigned channels
2. Campaign Execution & Activation: Deploy national and regional brand campaigns at the channel level, ensuring localization where required. Coordinate with Key Account Managers (MT) and Field Execution Teams (TT & OOH) for in-market activations.
3. POSM & Merchandising: Manage development, allocation, and deployment of POS materials aligned with brand and channel strategy. Ensure merchandising compliance to Perfect Store (PICOS) standards across key accounts and priority outlets.
4. Trade Promotions & Shopper Engagement: Implement trade marketing programs, visibility drives, and shopper promotions aligned to commercial calendar. Track and report promotion effectiveness and shopper feedback for continuous improvement.
5. Execution & Performance Monitoring: Support RED and PICOS audits and report gaps for corrective action. Track key KPIs (visibility, activation, outlet coverage) and support ROI tracking for trade programs.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with Sales, Commercial Execution, and Supply Chain teams to align on NPD launch execution plans. Collaborate with Regional Trade Marketing to ensure consistency of execution standards.
7. Budget & Asset Management: Manage DME budget within assigned channels or projects under Group Manager's oversight. Monitor POSM usage, vendor timelines, and ensure cost efficiency
