Job Description

Responsibilities:

Drive channel planning and market expansion in the local market, including partner identification, negotiation, and execution to achieve business targets.

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support channel strategy and distributor development.

Monitor dealer performance (sales, service, CSI, profitability) and support business planning with corrective actions when needed.

Ensure dealer operations align with brand standards through audits, compliance checks, and improvement guidance.

Build and maintain strong dealer relationships through regular communication, conflict resolution, and dealer engagement activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Manufacturing, or related fields. Background in automotive marketing is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience; experience in market development and marketing in local market is a must.

Familiar with international trade practices and processes, with strong capabilities in channel development and management.

Experience in system and process development.

Proficient in office software; familiarity with Tableau is a plus.

Strong English communication; Chinese language ability is an advantage.
