Position Overview

ETS is seeking a highly capable Channel Enablement Manager to lead TOEFL & GRE channel strategy and execution across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on strengthening collaboration with local distributor partners, test prep centers, CTAS partners, agencies, and institutional stakeholders to grow test adoption and drive sustainable volume growth.

This position plays a key role in channel enablement planning, partner capability building, and business development support across priority SEA markets.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Enablement (Primary Functions)

  • Lead and execute channel enablement plans for TOEFL & GRE across Southeast Asia, with priority on Tier 1 markets (Indonesia & Vietnam).
  • Work closely with local distributor partners to align on growth initiatives, partner expansion, and field execution.
  • Strengthen the test prep ecosystem by:
  • Conducting teacher enablement workshops, academic training, and pedagogical updates.
  • Support distributor partners in partner onboarding, quality assurance, and academic readiness.
  • Expand the test prep and institutional network in coordination with distributors and ETS.
  • Deliver student-facing workshops (TOEFL Tips, GRE Insights, skill-building sessions) upon partner request.

Business Development Support

  • Provide academic and technical expertise to support BD initiatives led by distributors or ETS.
  • Join partner meetings and presentations to strengthen conversions and partner confidence.
  • Support proposals, pilot projects, school engagements, and academic events that advance TOEFL & GRE adoption.

Teacher & Academic Enablement

  • Design and execute annual SEA teacher capability-building plans.
  • Maintain updated academic materials and deliver periodic training for partner teaching teams.
  • Collect feedback from teachers to inform local resource development and strengthen prep quality.

Geographic Scope

  • 80%: Indonesia & Vietnam (Tier 1)
  • 20%: Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Channel Director Southeast Asia (Chuong Nguyen)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education, TESOL, Linguistics, Business, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in education, channel enablement, test prep, or partner management.
  • Demonstrated strength in academic training, partner enablement, and relationship management.
  • Experience supporting standardized tests or education partnerships is preferred.
  • Strong English communication
