About the Role
The role involves managing distributor inventory and supply chain health, supporting sales growth, and ensuring compliance with regional regulations while training distributor teams to enhance product demand.
Reporting To: Country Manager, Vietnam
Key Responsibilities
- Distributor Inventory & Supply Chain Health management: Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely inventory measuring, order planning from distributors, product delivery, optimal stock levels, and smooth order fulfilment, including distributor warehouse audit and stock level reporting
- Distributor Sales Growth support: Lead territory assignments to distributors, establish sales quotas, and enforce pricing among promotion policies to ensure distributors achieve revenue targets.
- Distribution Partner Management: Conduct regular business reviews, evaluate performance, and facilitate distributors in closing won key accounts.
- Market Expansion development: Prioritize target markets, analyse competitor data, and implement strategies to increase product visibility and market distribution coverage.
- Distributor Productivity & Compliance: Co-work with Sales and Supply Teams to prepare sales forecasts, manage operational budgets, and ensure all partners comply with regional regulations and contract terms.
- Training & Enablement Facilitating: Train distributor teams on product inventory and order fulfilment, selling techniques, and customer service.
Reporting and Analysis
- CDM will report to Country Manager, Vietnam.
- Measure distributor's success of sales performance and recommend activities conducted within the priority portfolio development for revenue achievement.
- Undertake monthly analysis of inventory measuring, order planning from distributors, product delivery, optimal stock levels, and smooth order fulfilment to ensure achievement within agreed parameters.
Other responsibilities
- Coordinate setup and support distributors to host round-table workshops/seminars/clinical meetings/ tradeshow/exhibit as assigned to build product demand vs. GC Dental plan.
- Coordinate and organize meetings and product training sessions with a variety of distributors to build product demand.
- Lead the distributor order planning and provide account service competencies vs. competitors.
- Performs other related business duties as required for GC strategic performance.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Sales and Marketing management roles, or a related fields on distributor operational management.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, channel management, in dental care or healthcare environments.
- Skills:
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, inventory management, order planning, conflict resolution, and excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Resilient and result oriented to achieve distributor sales target at autonomy ownership.
- Able to adapt changes in a fast-paced environment; work independently as well as within a team.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Proficient in English communication
