Purpose
To drive organisational readiness and user adoption by planning and delivering change management activities that support the successful implementation of PEAK project.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the local change management strategy and plan
- Conduct stakeholder assessments and support the development of engagement plans
- Lead communication activities, owning local comms and engagement plan, to build awareness and understanding of PEAK
- Coordinate local change champion networks and support leadership alignment
- Monitor organisational readiness and identify areas requiring additional intervention
- Partner with the Training Lead to support end-user preparedness
- Measure adoption through surveys, feedback mechanisms and readiness assessments
- Identify and escalate people-related risks that may impact deployment success
- Lead Change Action Plans
- Co-ordination of PEAK Hero Events (Kick Off, Marketplace, UAT)
Experience & Skills
- Experience in change management, organisational development or communications
- Familiarity with structured change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR) is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to engage stakeholders across all organisational levels
- Proactiveness is a must
- Strong English comprehension and Vietnamese fluency
